Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The purpose of this role is to lead the Technology Development initiatives required to maintain and enhance the IT Systems required to support the Operations processes of reconciliations and data control. This role directly aligns with the Operations mandates to perform necessary reconciliation and comparison controls across key RBCCM data interfaces.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Responsible for ensuring the Reconciliations and data control platform meets all internal and external Audit/Regulatory/Compliance requirements
  • Lead the CTB delivery team in the maintenance and enhancements of the reconciliation and data control technology platforms (iMatch, Xceptor, StorQM, CMRG Portal)
  • Coordinate with and deliver on reconciliation and data control requirements for RBC/RBCCM led major projects and initiatives
  • Manage relationships with key operations partners to define and prioritize deliveries
  • Liase with IT partners across the organisation to both in support of operations deliverables, and to ensure delivery/compliance on GTI/IT Risk initiatives
  • Ensure that employees understand RBC vision, as well as support and reinforce targeted behaviors that contribute to RBC goals.
  • Provide focus and clarity in establishing individual goals, driving performance management, supporting career development and rewarding strong performance.

Must have:

  • Degree or 5 years relevant work experience
