Job description: Director of Finance – Downtown – well established SME in tourism, revenues 200M$, French environment

Salary between $140k-160k + bonus, insurance, flexible schedule, no overtime and opportunity to become VP Finance!

Responsibilities
– Participate in various special projects (M&A, due diligence, financing, etc.)
– Preparation of financial statements, oversee audits
– Participate in the improvement of existing accounting processes and internal controls.
– Implicated in financial strategies
– Supervision of the accounting department, under supervision of VP Finance and President
– Supervise the budgeting process and analyze KPI’s
– Analyze the financial performance and propose solutions
– Implement new ERP systems
– Manage treasury and coordinate liquidity investments

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA professional accounting designation obtained or in progress
– 10+ years experience, francophone
– Experience within an accounting and with SME’s
