Overview
Are you ready to build an exciting and fulfilling career in DTS Software Engineering? We are delighted to be offering our 2023 DTS Software Engineering Graduate Programme, that will truly accelerate your development into a well-rounded, DTS professional!
The programme lasts for 2 years, which is broken down into three rotations. These will be filled with interesting and high-profile assignments, including Software Development, Data Engineering, Data Science, Cloud Platform Engineering, Digital Product Engineering, Network Engineering, and Information/Cyber Security.
Opportunities may include:
Web development to build digital products for our customers
Core application development to build functionality into our customer and billing systems
Cloud platform/network engineering to build flexible and scalable solution environments
Data engineering to transform data at scale to support operations and analytics purposes
Data science including the use of machine learning to provide intelligence capabilities
Information/cyber security technology to ensure our environments are safe and secure
We want you to experience as much as possible and be able to soak up and learn about the wonderful world of software engineering and life at Centrica. Don’t worry though, we will be with you throughout your journey to give you all the support you need!

Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM subject (2:2 if combined with a Master’s)
Passionate about collaboration
Customer focussed with a continuous improvement mindset
Great initiative and problem-solving skills
An understanding of Agile practices and methods – and how they can deliver value for our customers
Willing to relocate and try new things
Have the right to work in the UK
Available to start your Graduate Programme 2nd October 2023
