What will your typical day look like?
Providing technical leadership and oversight for our client engagements while setting a high bar for engineering quality, monitoring and reporting on overall project health, proactively addressing concerns, delivering on-time and on-budget, and promoting both team and client satisfaction.
Mentoring a team of developers; providing feedback on work quality, providing coaching, and setting measurable goals that enable them to grow into our next generation of technical leads.
Recruiting talented individuals, participating in and overseeing our hiring process, and representing TWG in the community.
Evolving our engineering practice by driving departmental initiatives forward, identifying and executing on training opportunities for our team, contributing to resources and documentation, and introducing emerging technologies.

What you’ll bring:
A strong background in software development; a breadth of experience paired with a demonstrated ability to ship high-quality solutions.
Prior experience leading and managing development teams and projects, with a proven track record of success.
An excitement for the challenges that come with delivering quality solutions in a rapidly-growing team; an appreciation for the intersection of engineering and interpersonal skills.
The ability to flex and meaningfully collaborate with a variety of teams, stakeholders, employees, and clients; a bias toward action and ownership.
A passion for coaching and mentorship – you genuinely want to see your team members grow and thrive. You feel a drive for constant improvement and aren’t afraid to step outside your comfort zone.
TWG believes in transparency and publicly shares salary ranges with each of our job postings. The salary range for this position is: $128,000 – $145,000
