We are supporting our Manufacturing Client in the Greater Savannah GA area on a PERM ERP Administration Position.

Compensation: $65-90k/Yr W2. +10% Bonus

The ERP Administrator will be responsible in ensuring the reliable performance of Daniel Defense’s Infor Visual Manufacturing and Global Financials Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems. Participates in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement ERP systems and applications. Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability. Additionally, ERP Administrator coordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users. Recommends and implements new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedback. Maintains individual and department goals and completes projects in a timely fashion. Must be able to participate in business meetings and help drive the strategic vision for all business applications.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for demonstrating commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety principles, policies and procedures.
• Support and Maintain Infor Visual Manufacturing and Global Financials ERP System
• Install, configure, develop and support enterprise applications in a SQL environment.
• Perform routine application/database maintenance and resolve application performance issues
• Write SQL Queries and understand SQL securities to update, modify, and complete tasks at hand
• Write, develop and deploy business reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) across various databases and systems
• Understand business needs and how systems function and interface with different business units
• Prepare system and business workflow documentation and diagrams to identify operations to be performed by system & personnel
• Provide training to system users on application functionality and enhancements
• Multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
• Participates in the company’s efforts to continuously improve in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
• Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high integrity, safety, fair and equitable treatment and a positive work environment

Requirements:

Experience

• Proven experience supporting Infor Visual Manufacturing and Global Financials is required.
• Experience supporting and developing solutions for business applications in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server writing queries and an understanding of how SQL works is required.
• Four to six years of experience supporting corporate applications is required.
• Experience with SSRS is preferred.

Skill set

• MS Windows, MS Server 2008 R2 or higher, SQL Server 2008 R2 or higher, Project Management skills
• Strong, proven, relevant experience using SQL server in managing an ERP database

• Ability to understand complex technical projects and translate them into simple business terms for training purposes

• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Knowledge of basic Accounting and Manufacturing principles
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
• Ability to participate and contribute in group initiatives that support company goals
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and work in accordance with our Permission to Play Values.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline or demonstrable equivalent work experience
