Job Summary
CN Customer & Innovation Engineering is seeking a senior Reliability Principal to drive the DevSecOps, Test Automation and Release Management practices of the innovation delivery function. As an expert product builder, you will define practical architectures and operationalization of cloud native applications and infrastructures to drive the creation industry leading products and ensure the performance, scalability, and maintainability and reliability of complex distributed systems. You will be accountable for driving the practices of the innovation engine working in collaboration with enterprise platform, infrastructure and operations teams. You will be responsible ensure products are implementing best practices of DevSecOps, Test and Release Automation and to define continuous improvement objectives in collaboration with Innovation leadership team.
Main Responsibilities
· Define Innovation group Reliability practices and Influence enterprise directions
· Define DevOps, testing and release plans for key innovation initiatives to enable the acceleration of business value delivery
· Coordinate with various CN groups to plan and execute the operationalization of all products components: software, infrastructure, cloud, networking, monitoring and security.
· Research on emergent strategies in the industry to accelerate software development, CI/CD pipelines, infra automation, test automation and more
· Define strategies to automate testing with legacy systems like SAP, Mainframe, Field Systems
· Work with architecture team to define roadmap of DevOps and testing tooling
· Work with operational teams for automating manual processes and integrating tooling such as ServiceNow CMDB
· Influence Innovation leadership with effective communication of proposals, directions and strategic decision making.

Requirements
Experience
· 10+ years in systems engineering and architecture
· 3+ years as a DevOps lead
· 3+ year experience with test automation and release management
Education/Certification/Designation
· Bachelor’s degree in technology related field or equivalent experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Strong Experience engineering and operating enterprise grade products
- Strong experience leading practices and the work of others
- Expert knowledge of DevOps Practices and tools like Azure DevOps
- Strong knowledge of Test Automation tools and strategies
- Strong knowledge of Cloud native services, Azure, GCP, others
- Strong knowledge of IaC/infrastructure-as-code practices and tools like Terraform, Ansible, Python
- Strong knowledge of databases – SQL, NoSQL, etc.
- Good knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud-based delivery models.
- Strong experience operationalizing large scale web/cloud systems with high SLAs
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban backlog management
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
