What you will do

The Facilities Manager P3 leads the operations of various assigned facilities to ensure the operations, maintenance, and vendor management standards of the contract are met in a cost effective, safe and efficient manner. Builds a business advantage for our customers through tailored solutions that optimize performance and productivity while reducing costs.

How you will do it

• Manages overall account operations in accordance with approved operating guidelines and budget.
• Serves as the main contact for managers at the client level and addressing operational, contractual and financial issues.
• Leads the O&M facility staff, or has responsibility for supervising our subcontractor.

What we look for

Preferred

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8 years’ experience in facility management or building operations.
• 5 years’ supervisory experience in management, budgeting, vendor management, operations and maintenance.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge in one or more of the following: energy management, CMMS, project management, life cycle planning.
• Thorough knowledge of a wide area of FM/O&M Business, business systems and infrastructure
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Access)
