Job description: Assist the Business Manager with day to day planning and operation of the Finance & Admin Support for the Truck Sales & Leasing Team. Our Truck Sales division is growing and the role of Financing & Administration requires a dynamic, organized individual to support the team. Responsibilities: * Assisting the Business manager with creating and processing all Sales Deals * Conduct Lien searches on Trades * Manage registration changes / transfers with Service NB * Prepare Warranty quotes for Sales & Admin * Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documentation * Compile Data and maintain statistics on customers, equipment, sales etc. * Organize and maintain customer files * Assist with Truck Sales events and marketing initiatives * Implement and maintain a CRM Software Qualifications: * Post Secondary studies in Business management & Administration or equivalent work experience * Must possess a vehicle and valid driver’s license – minimal travel is required. * Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite (EXCEL, WORD and POWER POINT, SHARE POINT) * Self motivated, enthusiastic and energetic personality with high level of integrity.
