In your role, you will:

–
Participate in monthly period-end process:

–
Prepare and review journal entries related to general accounting and more complex subject;

–
Review the Financial Statements and prepare supporting schedules;

–
Review and prepare balance sheet accounts reconciliations;

–
Support our business partners:

–
Answer various questions on Financial Statements, Budget and Forecast;

–
Review monthly Selling, general and administrative expenses and headcount;

–
Analyze commission expense and payments for aircraft sales and prepare forecasts and budgets;

–
Work closely with the different Finance teams, including our Shares Service Center;

–
Participate in the development and implementation of various projects;

–
Support ad hoc request;

–
Supervise and coach trainee and more junior team members;

–
Any other tasks.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

–
You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as a professional designation CPA or in process of obtaining it.

–
You have between five (5) to seven (7) years of experience.

–
You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

–
Knowledge of HFM (Oracle) consolidation software and/or SAP would be considered an asset.

–
You have excellent analytic skills, you are a team player, you demonstrate innovation, perseverance and engagement.

–
You can work under pressure with tight deadlines.

–
You are bilingual (English and French) both written and oral.
