The main role of the Finance ERP Implementation analyst is to assist Senior Finance Management team in deploying the ERP solution and act as a liaison for ERP Committee.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of the ERP Finance module with a focus on Cost Accounting, including analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment;
  • Work with Finance team members to gather requirements, determine expectations and finalize deliverables of the ERP project;
  • Collaborate with the Senior Finance Management team, acting as a liaison for the Finance team as part of the ERP Committee
  • Identify and communicate findings to Senior Finance Management team;
  • Engage with and learn each Finance team functional area by working in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Inventory and Financial reporting sectors to support future work required by the ERP Committee;
  • Go-Live and Post-Live support for the new ERP solution;
  • Support the implementation of new processes by administering training to Finance users and developing process documentation to support future training and troubleshooting;
  • Ad-hoc tasks and all other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:

  • A post-secondary education in Accounting, Business, and Finance;
  • Three to five years’ experience in the implementation of Finance ERP software solutions – D365 F&O is a definite asset;
  • Deep functional knowledge in Finance (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Project Management, Cash and Bank, and Budgeting);
  • Knowledge in Financial Reporting is a definite asset;
  • Knowledge in Inventory Costing and Accounting is a definite asset;
  • Knowledge in Manufacturing Costing and Accounting is a definite asset;
  • Demonstrate excellent foundational skills, including analytical knowhow, written and verbal communication, and team participation;
  • Ability to solve complex problems and provide creative solutions;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment & quickly learn new processes
