Job title: Finance Manager

Job description: Prince Albert Housing Authority (the Authority) is recruiting an experienced Finance Manager to join their management team. The Manager provides leadership and management of the planning, monitoring, and reporting of the Authority’s financial resources and ensures financial policies are adhered to. You oversee and manage an annual budget of $8.6M including the preparation and all related processes, you forecast, analyze and report to the Finance Committee of the Board and the SK Housing Corporation. You lead and coach two staff, oversee the full accounting cycle, do reconciliations, oversee vendor payments, the payroll process, and coordinate local insurance claims. You also manage the annual audit process, act as Board Secretary, and support the General Manager with various projects and duties. You have excellent communication and leadership skills, are proficient in accounting software such as JD Edwards or similar, enjoy working with people, respect diversity, and can effectively implement change strategies.

A CPA designation with five years senior financial management experience is required.
