This in-office role has one direct report, and reports to the CFO and Plant Manager. The Finance Manager focuses on full cycle financial management, budgeting and forecasting, financial auditing and more.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Manage full accounting cycle for Canadian business line
- Lead year end audit process
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Search for ways to improve current processes
Job Requirements
- CPA designation required
- 5+ years’ strong accounting experience
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong problem-solving skills
