The supervisor will lead the coordination and development of various external reporting deliverables, including pension plans as well as lead various special projects within Financial Reporting.

What You Will Do:

Manage a team of financial professionals and provide workload management, mentoring, coaching and training as the need arises

Supervise corporate and plan reporting for 17 Enbridge and subsidiaries pension plans

Coordinate special projects within Financial Reporting.

Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance quarterly and annual Financial Reporting activities

Assist the preparation of the annual and interim Financial Statements and Management’s Discussion and Analysis (Westcoast Energy Inc. and Enbridge Gas Inc.), which are distributed to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and securities regulators

Provides expertise and oversees the preparation of financial statements for various Enbridge Inc. subsidiaries and investments

Responsible for ensuring compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements, as well as compliance with key controls over the financial reporting process; conducts research as the need arises

Develop positive relationships with a number of internal business partners, including operational finance teams, Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax and Risk, to ensure efficient coordination of technical and administrative resources in relation to disclosure documents

Who You Are:

You are a designated accountant (CPA or equivalent) with 7 years or more relevant post-qualification experience;

Detailed knowledge of U.S. GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS;

Strong project management and social skills, including the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities;

Proven understanding of ERP and reporting systems such as Oracle, SAP, HFM and WDesk;

Prior experience in pension reporting and project management an asset.
