Elanco Canada Co-op: Finance & SC
Overview
Support Elanco Finance and Supply Chain teams on day-to-day operations. Primary responsibilities will be supporting on financial planning and forecasting, P2P management, as well as rebates tracking.
What you’ll be doing
Support forecasting template update.
Support financial results analysis and variance validation.
Support business reviews preparations.
Handling Finance and SC POs set up, and vendor payments processing, and other P2P related matters.
Support rebate programs tracker updates.
Handling feed suppliers’ sales data loading;
Other ad hoc supports needed
Skills you will bring
Ingenuity and creativity with ability to work in rapidly transformational & changing environments
Knowledge of accounting & financial metrics
Intermediate Excel skills, such as pivot tables, macros, and including ability to execute advanced formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP’s & IF functions) in order to quickly analyze data
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, including experience with PowerPoint
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Exhibited analytical skills with attention to detail
Quick to learn, self-motivated and driven
Ability to solve unstructured / abstract problems with oversight
