One of our banking clients is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst (Clarity, systems control, project management)
Length: 7 months contract with possibility of extension or full-time employment
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (Once a month in the office)
Line of business: Technology and Operations Finance
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Estimated Start Date: January 3rd, 2023

The Finance Governance Analyst is responsible for setup, control and governance activities related to the Clarity system (Book of record system for project and portfolio management).

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Opening and closing initiatives in Clarity
• Processing updates to secured fields
• Answering questions regarding Clarity procedures and guidelines
• Providing regular review and resolution of governance exceptions
• Supporting the onboarding, change management and off boarding of resource profiles
• Investigating system-related issues and inquiries, recommend and coordinate solutions
• Supporting Clarity application changes as they arise

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Strong MS Office Skills
• Financial Services/Technology experience
• Demonstrates solid communication and interpersonal skills
• University degree/college diploma and 1 to 2 years progressive work experience in finance or project management disciplines
• Communicates easily with stakeholders in varying situations
• Strong customer service orientation
• Exhibits solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to handle multiple priorities/ Excellent prioritization skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Knowledge of project management and system development life cycle an asset
• Previous systems control experience is an asset
