Team members must bring a keen sense of observation, an appreciation for organization and customer service, and a curiosity for food and beverage.

Food & Beverage Team Members engage in table service, food running, and room service delivery, as well as ensure the restaurant is set, clean and operating efficiently all while maintaining the highest level of service standards.

• This position may work part time as a Food & Beverage Attendant and part time as a Café Server
• Assisting in preparation and clean-up of restaurant room for ensuing shifts
• Carry Room Service trays between buildings and to guest rooms (indoor/outdoor)
• Food running and complete menu knowledge
• Clearing and setting tables
• Assisting servers in any way possible
• Some duties may change due to COVID-19 operating regulations/standards

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• General knowledge of food, wine, beer and spirits
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced fine dining environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs/13.6 kgs
• An appreciation for detail and customer service
• Professional and positive attitude in every aspect of the position
• Consistent punctuality and dedication
• A calm, polite and composed demeanor
• Commitment to the Wickaninnish Inn before any other employment
• Ability to maintain all COVID-19 operating regulations/standards
