Job description: Closets by Design a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, is currently seeking several enthusiastic and motivated individuals to immediately fill the positions of General Labor.
Prior Woodworking experience preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems – we will train you on our manufacturing system
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Understanding company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
- Follow quality and safety standards.
- Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
- Understand daily cut lists.
- Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager.
Personal Requirements
- Experience in the woodworking or cabinet making fields, (32mm systems) a plus.
- Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools.
- Excellent problem solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented
- Sense of urgency
- Quality conscious
- Service oriented
- Honest and reliable
- Lift 50 lbs
