Responsable de compléter tous projets et mandats dans des délais raisonnables qui lui seront confiés. Participera aussi à des équipes multidisciplinaires en tant que gestionnaire de projet d’acquisition capital. Mène et participe à des enquêtes et investigations dans le domaine de la fabrication. Prospecte et introduit des méthodes analytiques et de nouvelles technologies manufacturières.

What are our expectations

Responsible for completing all projects and mandates within reasonable time frames as assigned. Will also participate in multi-disciplinary teams as a capital acquisition project manager. Conducts and participates in manufacturing surveys and investigations. Prospects and introduces analytical methods and new manufacturing technologies.

• Project Management for high scale strategic initiatives
• Designing and planning of layout for assembly and materials handling
• Adaptation of machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions
• Planning of sequence of operations and specification procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance
• Responsible for several components of a project or a complex component of a larger project
• Contributes to their team or department by applying their knowledge of one or more functional areas
• Fully developed professional able to work without direct guidance or direction from others
• Has in depth knowledge of the discipline and role

What your day to day will look like

• Introduce / Develop new manufacturing technologies

• Contribute to preparation and /or modification of specification of new or existing equipment
• Contribute to projects to reduce company’s ecological footprint and sustainable development projects
• Support P&WC suppliers for all manufacturing processes
• Ensure that Quality Insurance Programs are implemented and updated
• Support Manufacturing and Quality Department in: Audits, Investigations, and the implementation of the corrective’s actions
• Ensure that procedures are documented and up-t-o-date

Must actively participate and contribute to the promotion of the company’s pillars (EHS, Ethics & Quality) and to the implementation of ACE principles and tools (Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement).

Tools you need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 4 to 7 years experience
• Master’s degree in engineering with 2 to 5 years experience
• Bilingual (spoken and written)
• Very Good Information Technology and Computer Skills
• Leadership
• Strong communication
• Good interpersonal Relationship
• Teamwork and cooperation
• Availability for answering calls outside of the normal work hours.
• Occasional Travel
