Responsibilities

• Coach Managers and staff on employee relation issues
• Job descriptions, internal/external job postings and interviews
• Conduct internal investigations
• Facilitate training programs
• Prepare and maintain confidential employee files
• Assist with terminations and exit interviews
• Administer company benefit plan, assist with payroll
• Health & Safety, COVID initiatives
• Provide support with WSIB claims and RTW program
• Support HR Director

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator in manufacturing/distribution
• CHRP designation is an asset
• Union/labour relations experience is an asset
