We are looking for an ILead Analyst to support 18+ international and luxury dealerships across Canada! Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will provide your dealerships with solutions that result in successfully matching customers with new or used vehicles.

Your Day to Day:
- Leverage a combination of data software and sales tools to review/compare data sets within CRM database and make recommendations to drive sales
- Build/modify reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and dealership operations to assist stakeholders in undertaking lead generation and sales data to make data-driven decisions
- Analyze sales data and provide fit-for-purpose metrics to make business decisions
- Implement sales automation features to improve efficiencies and downstream intelligence
- Support lead generation and customer success management projects and initiates such as Email/SMS campaigns, marketing automation, and general marketing plugins for CRM as required
- Conduct ad hoc analysis, build lists, segments, and deliverables to marketing/E-Commerce team
- Analyze/track the performance of marketing campaigns and special initiatives
What You Bring to the Table:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, IT, Business Admin, or related field is required
- 3 years of sales analyst and related systems experience is required
- Experience with large data sets
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (hands-on experience with formulas, comparing datasets, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and dealership software (VIN Solutions, CDK, 180, Reynold and Reynolds, Salesforce, Activix, Rapid RTC, Tableau) is an asset
- Ability to communicate complex results efficiently and effectively
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to interact/gain the support of senior leadership and decision makers
- Strong organizational, time management, negotiation/conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required
