Your responsibilities

Improvement of computer tools
With the materials management, purchasing, order entry and planning team, identify and understand the needs to improve the operational management tools
Build user instructions and train users
Information management and performance indicators
Help define the architecture of the data management system
Improve and harmonise dashboards for operational teams
Perform detailed standard or ad hoc analysis
Inventory and production planning, safety stock, sales and surplus
Quality and continuous improvement
Participate in various inventory optimisation and service improvement projects
Identify any other improvement opportunities and propose them to the team
Perform any other tasks or participate in various projects as required

Your background

Minimum of one year of bachelor’s degree in administration, computer science or related field.
Strong interest in data management and structures, process improvement and tools.
Excellent knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of computer programming languages VBA, Power Query and Power BI
Highly developed analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to popularise information. Initiative and attention to detail.
Collaborative teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Problem solving skills and a strong interest in continuous improvement.
Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
