Job description: About the Opportunity

Our established Kelowna office is currently looking for a capable and enthusiastic Computer Information Technologist student to join our team for a 4 to 12-month co-op work term starting in January 2023.

Keeping with our philosophy of “hands-on” learning and growth, you will be given as much freedom and responsibility as you demonstrate you can handle.

Coupled with the unmatched learning and project experience opportunities, some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting PCs, Windows servers, printers, network devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Providing technical support to staff.
  • Installing and supporting common office and engineering software applications.
  • Generating custom reports and browser-based applications using standard query and programming languages.

About You

Our preferred candidate is currently enrolled in a Networking Engineering or Computer Information Technology program and possesses the following skills, strengths, and interests:

  • You are a passionate problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • You are energetic and enthusiastic – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
