Information Technology Team Lead

Location: Canada, remote

Client: Enterprise Health Care

Description:

Train and develop staff

Collaborate with Management to resolve service interruptions

Manage team HCM Dashboard

Create great customer experiences

Resolving escalations in a timely and most practical way

Ensure documented SOPs are followed

Help to identify root cause for system issues

Analysis, investigation and timely engagement with other teams to better understand software issues and make basic recommendations

Collaborate with various teams to successfully implement and support new software solutions

Requirements:

3+ years in a management level role

College or University Degree in IT or Health Care

Strong Customer Service skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Analytical Skills

Problem Solving

Leadership Skills

Self-Management

Resourceful

Experience training colleagues and end users

Nice to have:

Healthcare background

Understanding & ability to speak French

ITIL Certification

CRM Administration
