THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Retail Technology Department, you will be part of the team responsible for implementing and continuously improving technology solutions. As the Technical Analyst (Devices), Retail Technology, you will support in ensuring superior quality across Aritzia’s technology solutions through the proactive maintenance, management, and optimization of solutions. You will apply your passion for technology to ensure the seamless operations of technology solutions while increasing your IT and retail knowledge. THE ROLE

As the Technical Analyst (Devices), Retail Technology, you will:

• Manage device lifecycle including provisioning, patching, replacement, monitoring and upgrading.
• Develop new processes involving device lifecycle, service management and incident response.
• Ensure seamless operations and management of device solutions for business partners.
• Provide retail application specific knowledge to resolve incident escalations and problem management.
• Provide exceptional tier 2 device knowledge and support to resolve incident escalations and problem management.

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:

• Mobile application support (MDM solutions)
• Experience working with remote systems and debug issues fully remote
• Testing and technical support
• PowerShell or relevant scripting experience
• ITIL and/or ticket-based environments with high level of knowledge of incident and problem management
• Experience liaising with OEMs and other third parties to purchase end user hardware
• Windows domain with distributed endpoints
• Experience with on-premise and SaaS operations with an on-call schedule
• Experience developing automation tools (Eg. Ansible) an asset
• The appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
• A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work
