PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The incumbent will be primarily responsible for coordinating purchasing reservations for our international licensed partners and performing various administrative tasks to support the Logistics Department – International Division.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Tasks

  • Daily follow-up by email / phone with suppliers for overseas purchase order reservations for our international licensed partners;
  • Work closely with the designated freight forwarder to approve overseas purchase order reservations for our international licensed partners;
  • Check, request corrections and approve different types of documents (commercial documents, payment invoices, freight invoices etc …);
  • Download all the necessary documentation into the system;
  • Use La Vie en Rose ERP to optimize shipping and transport procedures by running daily reports to track the transit of goods with suppliers and freight forwarder;
  • Data entry into computer systems of information that cannot be transmitted via EDI to ensure the accuracy and updating of the systems;
  • Produce various documents, for our licensees, necessary for customs clearance at the final destination;
  • Participate and assist in the coordination of shipments from our distribution center “3PL” to the final destination, our licensed partners, according to the laws and regulations of each country, while ensuring a continuous flow of receipt of goods from our licensees according to the schedule of deliveries and specific needs for each of them;
  • Support the logistics team-international division by performing various administrative tasks

EXIGENCES

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics;
  • English and French written and spoken;
  • Computer knowledge of the MS Office suite: Excel, Outlook
  • Good organizational sense, ability to work under pressure and ability to manage priorities;
  • Versatile, sense of initiative, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines;
  • Dynamic, autonomous, interpersonal skills, teamwork;
  • Communication skills, ability to maintain good relations with internal and external clients.
