Our client, an innovative multidisciplinary firm with a strong reputation, is currently seeking a senior lawyer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in technology and business law. On a daily basis, your expertise in technology law and your legal skills will be put forward.
YOUR ROLE:
Work on challenging and diversified files related to various sectors of activity, including artificial intelligence and data science;
Review, draft and negotiate various types of contracts;
Be involved in transaction and financing files;
Act as an advisor and partner internally and externally in matters of technology law and artificial intelligence.
PREREQUISITE:
Approximately 10+ years of experience in business and technology law;
Good judgment and analytical skills;
Good oral and written bilingualism;
Team spirit and good customer service.
