Capgemini is looking for stong Python Developers in Canada, this position can be worked remote.

• Develop control structures to ensure the accuracy and quality of data through all upstream and downstream data channels
• Coordinate the resolution of data integrity and collection gaps by working with the business and technical teams
• Provide thought leadership and participate in projects that involve any of the upstream or downstream data flows and processes
• Develop automation pipelines procedures and ETLs for data validation data cleansing and associate with business processes to ensure high levels of data quality
• Assess the current processes and technology in use to make recommendations for data accuracy improvements
• Review and enrich the current reporting development methodology processes and make recommendations on the level of documentation that needs to be performed and metadata that needs to be captured Identify and document data quality problems through data profiling and advanced analysis Validate post deployment processes and data for new system enhancements
• Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems
• Must have Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Computer Science Economics Mathematics Statistics or a related field of study 5 years of experience in a data driven environment preferably in ecommerce and or at a startup
• Good understanding of data risks and solutions in particular data cleaning data leakage cloud computing systems access data management
• Expertise in data profiling using Exploratory Data Analysis techniques statistical methods and advanced analytics
• Strong understanding and experience using key performance indicators and ability to define metrics Advanced skill in programming languages e g Python SQL
• Working knowledge of Dax Power query or any BI Visualization tools and data flows
• Excellent analytical skills diagnostic reporting skills creative problem solver curious and truth seeker
• Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to create detail documentation maintain change log and version control
• Excellent listening communication interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must
• Passionate about creating a best in class service and a best in class company
• Customer-focused and result s oriented
• Good to have Expertise in Azure Snowflake SQL based databases
• Expertise in writing Talend jobs and or other ETL tools
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications including Microsoft Power BI Power Automate and Power App

Qualifications

The candidate should have

4- 7 years of experience in python development.

Strong Data Analysis Skills Self-motivated works well both independently and collaboratively
