Job description: Salary: £24,772 – £34,211 per annum
Appointments will not usually be made above point L10 (£29,495) and progression beyond point L10 is subject to the attainment of certain qualifications

Hours: 37 hours per week
You will teach on a range of Engineering courses. We require experience of using machinery (milling and turning) specialism with preferred skills in CNC. Skills in maintenance, fitting or welding would also be beneficial. You must have a level 3 qualification in Engineering or equivalent and up-to-date experience in education/training or proven industry experience. You must also have a Level 5 teaching qualification (e.g. Diploma in Education/DTLLS/Cert Ed/PGCE) or equivalent or be willing to obtain one within the first 3 years of employment. You must hold a Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C/9-4) or equivalent or be willing to obtain within 18 months of employment.
