We have a permanent full-time opportunity in Downtown Montreal Hudson’s Bay location. These positions offer a competitive hourly rate, a great daytime schedule and entail a 37.5 hour workweek. Successful candidates must have open availability including nights and weekends.

Role Responsibilities:

• Must be Bilingual in English and French
• Provide team leadership through, learning & development, and coaching
• Directly oversees our Montreal team of 3 Individual members.
• Coach team members and provide constructive feedback to foster their development in line with their career aspirations.
• Act as a brand ambassador, merchandising and providing exceptional customer service for the Levi’s® Strauss & CO Canada brands within the individual shops in the Hudson’s Bay
• Use proactive selling techniques to build multi-unit sales; meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Merchandise product for both the Dockers ® and Levi’s ® shops; implementing planograms, maintaining merchandising standards and in-store elements to ensure brand integrity
• Communicate effectively and build outstanding rapport with customers, store personnel and the Levi’s ®/ Powerhouse management team
• Practice responsible lost prevention techniques and awareness, including diligent fitting room controls and effective zoning

Successful Applicants will possess the following skills, experience and core competencies:

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in fashion, sales or marketing preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years sales and customer service experience within the fashion apparel industry
• Proven visual merchandising skills with ability to follow planograms and multitask to ensure shops are maintained while customer service is prioritized
• Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding daily sales quotas
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of building exceptional relationships and rapport with clients, team, and management
• Highly motivated individual who brings energy and enthusiasm to a top selling, team environment
