JOB DESCRIPTION

• Enhance external name resolution infrastructure;
• Contribute to architecture and analysis work;
• Monitor the health of services and infrastructures;
• Accompany and transfer knowledge to front-line resources;
• Support and transfer knowledge to front-line resources; Take charge of the resolution of escalations in incident and problem management;
• Ensure the optimization and automation of operations and deployment activities;
• Support, but not limited to, the following technologies in their current versions supported by the manufacturer:

-RHEL;
-RHEL Satellite;
-RHEL Insight;
-CentOS;
-Ubuntu;
-Appache;
-Java service (Tomcat cluster);
-Internal GIT service and Jenkins;
-DNS service.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• College diploma (DEC) or equivalent in computer science or information technology;
• 5 years of experience as a Linux system administrator;
• 2 years of experience as a Red Hat operating system administrator as an operations specialist for the Linux platform;
• 1 year of experience in the operation of Tomcat application services;
• 1 year of experience with DNS name resolution services.
