Job description: Position: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Pointe-Claire
Salary: Up to $40,000 per year + benefits

We are currently seeking a superstar Logistics Coordinator to work in a hybrid role for one of our clients in Pointe-Claire.

Responsibilities:

– Issuing purchase orders
– Coordinating shipment arrangements
– Ensuring shipment paperwork is compliant with the client policies
– Mediating with carriers to resolve any logistical issues
– Performing data entry for import and export documentation
– Managing the customer’s requirements and following up with the appropriate departments
– Participating in defining and implementing new logistics processes within the company

Qualifications:

– Experience in logistic trucking cross border
– Experience with shipping procedures
– Strong knowledge of Excel
– Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
