Our client is currently looking for the ideal candidate to join his Montreal team.
As a Logistics Specialist, your focus will be to qualify the needs of each client, source the right partners and solutions with the Logistics Coordinators assigned to your team.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Interface with carriers and customers to ensure success.
- Collaborate with the “Growth” team to ensure the highest level of service possible.
- Assist the Management Team with logistical troubleshooting.
- Daily updates and tracking for assigned customers.
- Manage assigned carrier relationships.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of Trinet.
- Ensure timely action of client requests.
- Monitor Emails for prompt response time.
- Ensure accurate data entry & billing.
- On-Call to resolve/troubleshoot Operational roadblocks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (2) year of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), load boards, and general logistics terms.
- Knowledge of all types of equipment and modes of transportation.
- Ability to work in a computerized environment and adapt quickly to internal software.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in pricing and knowledge of transportation routes.
