The omni & retail technology operations team leads initiatives that transform our retail experience across channels. We create new programs and tools that support guest and educator behavior that elevate guest experience in the physical and digital environment, allowing us to recognize outcomes & opportunities that would not otherwise exist. Within the future retail operations team, the Omni & Retail Technology Analytics function supports the entire future retail operations function to drive the strategy and success of associated global programs & products. This function is directly responsible for overall data governance for the organization and for generating reporting, validating key metrics, targeted ROI, and driving key actionable insights, that; inform our product design process, identify areas of opportunity and drives key business decisions. Our goal is to amplify guest and educator behavior that ultimately elevates guest experience in the physical and digital environment, allowing us to recognize outcomes & opportunities that wouldn’t otherwise exist.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

• Responsible for planning & forecasting of future retail operations initiatives:

• Collaborate with the Director Omni Fulfilment to drive the SI strategy and identify Business Case opportunity
• Partner with business teams to drive the rollout and expansion strategy through key business insights
• Provide guidance and insights to support business financial outlook and P&L cost structure
• Produce accurate store level sales and labour plans across omni programs
• Drive accurate KPI forecasts and projections
• Collaborate closely with different business pillars to capture all impacts and drive business results
• Responsible for the production of Program Analytics:

• Responsible for data intake and prioritization, ensuring data is accessible across the organization in a self-serve environment
• Deliver retail, digital, financial, guest and supply chain analytics to drive future strategy and business results
• Share weekly insights with key stakeholders through reporting and weekly business reviews

qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in data analytics, with experience in SQL, Python (or R) and Excel
• Experience in either supply chain, merchandising, inventory planning preferred
• Understand omni-channel guest behavior to drive one unified view of the guest
• Strong leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster growth in direct reports
• Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations
• Bachelor’s degree in related field – statistics, data analytics (Master’s Degree preferred)
