WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Sales & Education Manager – Sephora Collection, you are responsible for achieving sales goals, as determined by the Brand, in assigned stores throughout the assigned territory. You’ll accomplish this through your delivery of education & training, execution of in-store events, and brand representation in activations. In this role, you will be reporting into the Director, Brand Education & Artistry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Be the Sephora Collection brand expert pertaining to brand essence, product knowledge, inventory, and brand merchandising
  • In partnership with your leader, create a customized in-store strategy to achieve sales and any additional KPIs in your territory
  • Integrate selling skills, services, and additional company initiatives (as needed) in all brand trainings which include and are not limited to in-store sales and education visits, events, internal and external brand marketing on-site activations, digital formats
  • Establish and develop a strong relationship at store level with Sephora BAs, Store Leadership, District Managers and Regional Directors. Lead strong partnership with Sephora BAs and clients by providing service and support for any needs when in store
  • Effective management of T&E and budget
  • Provide consistent and specific feedback on materials, training agendas, and training sessions
  • Work with store leadership for visual placement in-store
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Sephora Collection Ambassadors
  • Update and maintain all scheduling calendars
  • Communicate with Sephora Collection Field Leadership and Merchants to share in store brand opportunities and observations that directly affect the business

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assess sales reports using company supported tools and platforms to determine business needs
  • Meet deadlines for reporting of sales, expenses, and other requests
  • Effectively track results for all events conducted within territory of responsibility

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 2-5 years of current Education Executive or Management or comparable store leadership experience in a beauty/retail environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, organizational, and computer skills
  • Makeup Artistry experience
  • Strong presentation, facilitator, and training skills in both live and digital formats (Zoom, video conferencing, social media)
  • Team-oriented and comfortable working with all levels of management
  • Time management skills to complete all necessary reports, paperwork, etc. in a timely fashion
  • Proven ability to drive results through others: coaching & development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Working Conditions:

  • Position requires driving to stores and heavy travel up to 80%
  • Flexibility in schedule to work evenings/weekends for education trainings and brand activations as needed
  • Must be able to work remotely
  • Standing, walking, moving for a minimum of 4 to 6 hours daily
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
