Job description: Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales Support Specialist, who is collaborative, driven and open to learning about residential real estate and able to work closely and efficiently with their direct manager on various marketing and sales tasks.

  • Account for and maintain sales and marketing materials – brochures, floor plans, handouts, community maps, etc.
  • Maintain and manage digital assets – community website, black line application, broker portals, digital advertisements.
  • Conduct competitive market research: compare and analyze competitor offerings, maintain and update analysis with current market offerings.
  • Work with direct manager to create and execute effective communication strategies (eblast, sponsored advertisements, events, social media strategy, etc), as well as provide creative commentary.
  • Coordinate and attend all agency meetings, provide thoughtful, strategic insight to help the team achieve overall project goals and vision.
  • Review marketing floor plans against architectural floor plans to ensure dimension and detail accuracy.
  • Work with senior management team to compile and analyze creative and strategic feedback, communicating the feedback to respective agencies in an effective manner.
  • Sales office maintenance work, ensuring all marketing assets (displays, monitors, ipads, signage, brochures, price list) are accurate and an effective representation of the brand and support the sales center(s) with various admin tasks (ex.ordering supplies).
  • Support the Manager in managing all new project schedules, new community phases/openings, new sales offices etc.
  • Support departmental initiatives to clearly set Homeowner Expectations and improve Customer Satisfaction.
  • Assist and attend community events, openings (requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required).
  • Investigate optimal locations for marketing signage, ensure signs are in immaculate condition.
  • Maintain weekly traffic reports: (i.e.). web registrations, eblast reports, sales reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments across divisions, external ad agency and suppliers.
  • Support and learn new software systems (JD Edwards, Site Core, Eloqua, etc).
  • Responsible for invoice tracking and management.

  • Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience working for a marketing agency/builder/developer or real estate related firm is a huge asset
