Job description: The MEP Manager will be responsible for: * Providing technical oversight of all MEP-related construction activities for High Rise projects * Coordinating with the PM and Site team to create accurate construction schedules * Advise on constructability of specific MEP design elements * Tendering and management of MEP contracts and changes * Providing leadership, direction and development to the wider MEP team MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled and all other qualified applicants The successful MEP Manager will demonstrate: * A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline * A project portfolio consisting of High Rise Mixed-use / Residential buildings * Ability to work with and create construction contracts * Large project experience (200MM+) A reputable company operating in the GTA High Rise Construction market with a number of projects successfully delivered and a significant pipeline of future High Rise mixed-use developments.
