Job description: Position Summary:
NBA Canada is seeking a detail-oriented self-starter to assist our Merchandising and Financial Operations teams in managing day to day aspects of partner management, hospitality, and administration.
Major Responsibilities:
Global Merchandising:
- Assist Director, International Merchandising with licensing and branded attractions business operations including quality control, prospecting and approvals.
- Act as primary contact for Canadian licensees as it relates to the identity assurance process and artwork approvals.
- Manage the approval process for marketing materials for Canadian licensees through the NBA’s business approval portal.
- Act as the account manager for select Canadian licensees
- Manage partner premium process including coordinating all artwork and contract approvals.
- Track and follow up with Canadian licensees for their royalty reports on a monthly or quarterly basis and ensure that these are properly uploaded into Licensing X.
- Manage new licensee onboarding including account set up and training.
- Manage all product orders for NBA Canada.
Administration/Finance Operations Support:
- Order office supplies and samples for the office retail display case as needed.
- Manage office equipment such as phones and photocopiers.
- Act as the contact person for NJ with regards to IT issues.
- Act as liaison with the landlord regarding security and office maintenance.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Team player, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Language skills a plus
