Alithya is looking for a Microsoft D365 CE Technical Architecture Consultant with excellent technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related Microsoft cloud solutions and technologies (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, etc.). You will apply your knowledge and experience to each customer through proactive and preventative work efforts, including solution design, technical implementation, and customer support. This role requires the ability to acknowledge opportunities and solve real world customer business problems.

The incumbent will strategically assist clients with assessments, solution design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ Dynamics 365 solution. They will be responsible for overall application architecture and design decisions during a project. They will work to map overall design to client requirements and systems, ensuring solutions align with business goals and processes, and fit within the enterprise context.

  • Be accountable for the overall quality and reliability of Alithya’s integrated CRM technology track and all associated production processes;
  • Experience mapping requirements from out of the box CRM functionality to identifying the specific needs for customizations;
  • Lead development teams and provide best practices and standards guidance related to integration, data conversion and through all phases of the product life cycle, including technical specifications, requirements analysis, software design and development, testing (unit, functional, systems), integration, deployment, and maintenance;
  • Work effectively in a team environment, exchanging ideas, building consensus, and mentoring others where needed;
  • Take responsibility for team adherence to design, coding and documentation standards;
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with the internal team and external partners/clients;
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts with high level solutions, scope, approaches and estimations;
  • Create knowledge capital that can be leveraged to accelerate project delivery, improve product quality and secure new engagements.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a computer/technology-related field;
  • 5+ years of technical architecture experience working with recent versions of D365 CRM and related technologies, including but not limited to C#, .NET, SQL, XML, ASP, JavaScript, AngularJS, SSIS, SSRS, Scribe;
  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM implementation, application deployment and/or distributed system implementation;
  • 5+ years of experience with configuration of CRM, including but not limited to forms, workflows, business rules, record security, business process flows;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, Agile environment with competing priorities;
  • Experience with one or more of the following: SharePoint, Office 365, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Analysis Services;
  • Experience in data analysis, quality verification and cleansing;
  • Good understanding of:
  • integration strategy leveraging Azure components (Logic Apps, Web Apps, Azure Functions, etc.);
  • Power Platform, CDS, D365 Sales;
  • Data Migration Strategy (SSIS, Azure DF);
  • mobility in CRM.
  • Demonstrated cooperative spirit, collaborating with other Scrum team members to foster an innovative, problem-solving environment;
  • Demonstrated creativity in designing an intuitive and clutter-free application;
  • Proven attention to detail and the ability to work independently;
  • Ability to communicate regularly and effectively with team members and supervisors;
