Job title: Molder – Night Shift

Job description: WAGE: $17.25 / hour includes $1.00 night shift premium (Applicable from 9 pm -6 am), wage increases after 6 months.

SHIFT: Night from 8:00pm – 4:00am (flexibility with working overtime, and on weekends, as necessary)

LOCATION: 5345 275 St, Langley, BC, must have own transportation, there is no Public transportation in the area

In a typical day you will:

· Ensuring molding machine is running smoothly and dough pieces are formed and dropped into pans properly.

· Adjusting guides as needed on the molder and sheeter

· Re-filling hopper as needed.

· Running seeder machine and setting guides for the seeder/splitter machines

· Help the mixer as needed, lifting up to 50lbs

· Keep the area clean and put away utensils in the proper location after use. Adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures and have an understanding and respect for GMPs.

About You:

· A lover of bread and baked goods!

· You have strong people skills—you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic

· You have previously worked in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!)

· You have previous baking experience, and ideally some knowledge of SAP

· You are comfortable lifting 30-50 pounds to move our ingredient packages and cases

· Like working in a fast-paced environment, be self-reliant, and be energized by opportunities to learn and grow, and be a steward of your own career

· Solid mathematical skills to help bring our recipes to life in the bakery

· You’re dedicated to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues

· You digest constructive feedback as an opportunity to listen, and improve your skills, abilities, and performance
