Job description: Erie County Medical Center Corp is� an advanced medical center located in Buffalo, NY providing coverage for the eight (8) counties of Western New York, Southern Ontario and Northern PA. ECMCC is verified by ACOS� and� NYSDOH� as a Level 1 Trauma Center with 573 inpatient beds. ECMCC is also� the regional center for burn care and transplantation. As a� collaborative partner in the Great Lakes Cancer Care network, ECMCC� works in tandem with Kaleida Health and 6 other partner affiliates. This growing network currently serves approximately 35% of all cancer patients in WNY.

ECMC seeks an experienced candidate to join a team of Hematology/Oncology physicians, APP’s, and a full complement of RN’s and support staff. Candidate would work in partnership with other Great Lakes Cancer care and ancillary service lines including:

• Head & Neck
• Oral Oncology
• Breast Oncology
• Thoracic Oncology
• UroOncology
• Supportive/Palliative Care Services
• Interventional Pain Management

Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnosis, treatment and management of hematology/oncology patients in a hospital based outpatient clinic
• Supervision of chemotherapy suite
• Inpatient consults of hematology/oncology patients
• Variable on-call schedule
