Responsibilities:

• Manufactures all required dosage forms in accordance with the Master Manufacturing directions and SOPs complying fully with cGMP and Safety Policies ensuring a quality product. Understands and dispenses raw materials as per manufacturing directions under cGMP and Safety Policies. Calls up raw materials used in the processing of manufacturing order and liaises/coordinates with Warehouse to ensure on time delivery. Disposes of liquid rejects into Volatile Storage Room as required.
• Completes all process documentation and SAP transactions in a timely fashion to ensure inventory and shop order information accuracy.
• Sets-up, cleans and washes processing equipment and suites.
• Maintain logs and fills in batch documents.
• Performs in-process checks.
• Other duties as required.

How will you get there?

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of previous related experience in pharmaceutical, food or cosmetics manufacturing
• Good computer skills. Knowledge of SAP and cGMP is an asset
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy loads (approximately 40 lbs at minimum).
• Mechanical interest/aptitude.
• Must be able to work well with limited supervision in a team environment.
• Must be willing to work rotational shifts (including weekends and 12 hours/shift).
