Responsibilities

• Supervision of equipment, material and people
• Optimize resources
• Monitor production schedule
• Product quality and inspection
• Investigate production problems
• Review, evaluate, coach, mentor and discipline employees
• Confirm production hours for payroll
• Champion continuous improvement
• Workplace safety
• ISO9001 Quality System Standards
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Production Shift Supervisor
• Must have manufacturing/industrial experience – steel or automotive strongly preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Must have a flexible schedule – rotating 12 hour continentals
