About this team

The Program Manager will play a key role in our International Marketing Technology team’s journey to become the CRM leader that better understand and serve our guests. This position will support the international marketing technology and engineering teams across North America and India, work extensively with business units, project stakeholders, and cross-functional team members (both internal and external vendors) to define, implement, sustain and leverage our data ecosystem across our programs.

As a Program Manager – Marketing Technology, you will be responsible for managing APAC & EMEA internal and external partnerships from strategy-to-delivery to ensure that roadmap priorities meet our business and our guest expectations and needs. You are an expert at designing and delivering best of breed solutions spanning the full digital marketing technology stack.

This individual must have a track record of working in a collaborative environment, managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and should take pride in elevating the entire organization to create the future data technology platform for growth at scale. This person should have experience in retail and a background in program/project management with marketing technology stack (DW, CDP, ESP, …)

A day in the life:

  • Plan, manage, and monitor large programs with complex scope, multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
  • Drive work to completion and effectively manage and report on scope, risks and issues, budget and timelines
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business objectives.
  • Ensure all project / program tasks are clearly understood, assigned and tracked.
  • Support both internal and external partnerships from strategy-to-delivery to ensure that roadmap priorities meet our business and our guest expectations and needs
  • Define the technical requirements for the future state of Customer Data Platform & Customer Data Management across International regions
  • Support the engineering teams and 3rd party vendors on prioritization of those features and functions that will be most important for the business
  • Work across timezones with partners in market to support the successful delivery of projects / platforms
  • Enroll and work cross functionally with other partners across the organization (IT, Digital marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, Analytics, Finance, Asset Protection & Legal, InfoSec) to define workflows and rollout required processes
  • Monitor & identify guest, stores, regulatory and stakeholder needs, staying current on industry standards and trends and respond by adjusting user experience and product roadmaps
  • Audit, analyze, and evaluate initiatives post-implementation to ensure objectives have been fulfilled

Qualifications:

  • You are innovative and always thinking of new ways to do things
  • Proficient with Confluence and JIRA, creating and navigating technical tickets and documentation
  • Knowledge and experience on Microsoft Azure, SnowFlake, DataBricks, Treasure Data and Acquia/AgilOne Customer Data Platforms, SalesForce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience working in a project/product matrixed organization at a major retailer and international teams (EMEA, APAC, India)
  • Ability to successfully manage priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization
  • 5+ years of program experience with customer-facing and/or customer service applications (CRM and / or customer data management, and/or digital marketing technology preferred)
  • Experience with digital technologies, CRM, media, e-commerce, payments, and/or subscription businesses across a variety of channels, include native mobile apps, with experience delivering customer data and data management platforms a major asset
  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills) as well as market familiarity
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations
  • Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
  • Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback
  • Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to succinctly and effectively communicate with operations and senior leadership
