The Role
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Project Managers through a wide variety of client services project activities. The successful candidate will need to establish collaborative relationships with Project Managers and coordinate activities needed to define, develop, and deploy educational programs. An ideal candidate will have the ability to focus and foresee key dynamics of the project as they unfold, monitor the progress of deliverables within the deadlines, and provide administrative support.
You Will Have The Opportunity To:
- Assist Project Managers with developing project plan tasks/deliverables, maintaining project plans, accomplishing the project plan tasks, assessments, follow up, project documentation, and status reports
- Assist Project Managers with tasks within their projects including but not limited to budget creation, project plan development, accreditation submission, eLearning submissions, communication documents, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate and prepare documents for internal and external client meetings
- Assist with managing the full lifecycle of projects and completion of milestones
- Provide quality assurance on all project’s deliverables
- Track project deliverables using Airtable and other tools, and assist Project Manager(s) with capturing and updating project information
- Assist project management with assessing potential project risks by tracking progress on project deliverables and proactively flagging delays or potential customer experience risks
- Assist the Project Management team with process development and documentation. Ensure all process related documents are updated as business needs change
- Perform special projects and duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor degree; science or health-related discipline is an asset
- 3 – 5 years experience as a Project Coordinator in the continuing medical education space, health care industry, pharmaceutical marketing and/or pharmaceutical advertising industries
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Previous work and knowledge of healthcare industry an asset
- Understanding and experience of the project life cycle
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills and ability to interface with internal and external customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Possess a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Proven ability to multi-task and coordinate many projects at the same time
- The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and with tight timelines
