Job title: Project Coordinator- Construction
Job description: We are looking for an efficient project coordinator to administer and organize all types of administration projects, from start to finish.
Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. Some tasks include:
Liaise with suppliers and trades to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Product research & sourcing specifications for selected products and fixtures.·
Prepare Requests For Pricing (RFP).·
Preparations of cost comparisons of pricing
Issue purchase orders for trade awards.·
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
Ensure requirements are met and provide updates to management
Prepare Meeting Minutes from meetings·
Data entry of project financials and tracking invoices.
Requirements
A day in the life:
Ø Managing and scheduling contractors and technicians
Ø Ensuring work orders are completed on time and within budget
Ø Managing work order communications and issue resolutions
Ø Communicating with Sourcing and Procurement, Contractors, Accounting, Invoicing, and Management
Ø Resolving issues as they arise
This job might be for you if:
