The role
This position is a customer facing role that will be responsible for the overall end-to-end logistics management of private LTE network equipment. This includes the ordering, coordination, shipping, tracking, and auditing of each order through to receipt at the contractor/customer site. This role will also be responsible for providing project coordination for the pre-sales engineering team and post-sales customer support team personnel.
A typical day
- End-to-end logistics management
- Coordination and assistance of producing project invoices according to contract milestones
- Provide project coordination to the pre- and post-sales team members
- Support management team with any projects reports as required
- Assist management team with project planning (IE: equipment inventory, forecasting, risk buys, etc.)
- Collaborate with the team to align equipment requirements to the project timelines to ensure contractual obligations are met
Your skills/experience
- Seeking 5+ years of experience in end-to-end logistics management
- Project coordination of pre-sales sales engineering and post-sales support personnel
- Strong knowledge in MS suite of products (Word/Excel/Project/Visio/Access)
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial/self-starter mindset with the willingness to think out of the box and challenge the status quo
Education/Designations
Accredited Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
Requirements/Understanding

Requires large Enterprise customer interactive skills that involve logistics process, procedures, and contract amendment discussions.

This position is an individual contributor however is viewed by the team, vendors, and external customers as a person with leadership qualities and decision-making abilities.

Solves routine problems without supervisory approval, evaluates and selects solutions from established options.
4. Decision Making
Impacts own team and closely related teams; defines and recommends process improvements.
5. Communication/Negotiation/Resolution
Uses communication skills to seamlessly exchange information between internal and external customers effectively to achieve a common goal/resolution.
