The Role

The Project Manager’s responsibility is to lead the development of learning activities, ensuring achievement of results per timeline, scope and budget while communicating with stakeholders at all stages.

You Will Have The Opportunity To:

  • Manage the program development of assigned projects with all external stakeholders (faculty, accreditor, medical writer, sponsors) and internal team members (sales, production, marketing)
  • Manage administrative components of projects such as budgets, timelines, briefing documents, project status updates, accreditation submission applications and files, and production processes
  • Handle multiple projects at the same time, all from inception to completion
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical sponsors, medical associations, academic institutions, government agencies and accreditors of programs
  • Communicate with managers and sales leads on project status & progress to milestones with proactive addressing of any delays and issues

What You Will Bring:

  • 5 – 8 years experience managing multiple and complex projects in the continuing medical education space, health care industry, pharmaceutical marketing and/or pharmaceutical advertising industries
  • University degree, science preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, client service, and a highly proactive “take ownership” attitude.
  • Proven ability to work with a variety of cross-functional teams, often with competing priorities
  • Proven ability to foster strong relationships
  • Bilingual in English and French would be considered a significant asset
