Languages: English
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience
Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years
Transportation/travel Information: willing to travel regularly.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced Environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail.
Person Suitability: Team Player, Organized, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication.
Additional Skills: Read blueprint, schemas and drawings.
Business Equipment and Computer Application: MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word.
Specific Skills: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimate, plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, plan and manage budgets, Plan, Organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
