Job description: Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a Quality Manager in Brantford, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible will be responsible for developing, supporting, maintaining, and improving the Company’s Quality Assurance Program and initiatives, training and development of Quality Control Leaders and Inspectors, complete PFMEA, APQP, and PPAP activities, ensure the success of the Integrated Management System by achieving and maintaining IATF 16949 certification, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time / permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
• 2-5 years related quality managerial experience
• Advanced understanding and experience with IIATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certification systems
• Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and APQP
• Able to travel internationally as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year
