Job overview
The Technical Manager is primarily responsible for developing and authoring new and current procedures, analytical transfer protocols and reports and familiarization protocols and reports to support the B200 analytical transfer activities. The incumbent will be responsible for communicating and coordinating with other QC departments and Swiftwater site to author required transfer documentation.
Responsibilities
1. Author and /or review test method SOPs, transfer and familiarization protocols and reports for B200 analytical transfer.
2. Interface with cross-functional teams, including various QC departments, Quality, and Swiftwater site.
3. Maintenance of excellent working relationship with internal customers and Swiftwater site.
4. Work is performed under minimal supervision. Independently determines and develops approach to solution.
5. Perform other duties, as determined by direct manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/Undergraduate degree in Biology, Biochemistry or equivalent. At least 5 years of related work experience in QC or a research setting.
Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
Outstanding Organization skills (required to handle multiple projects concurrently)
Outstanding Technical writer (SOPs, protocol, reports).
Strong GMP background including working knowledge of GLP/GMP
Familiar with a broad range of analytical instrumentation in a cGMP/GLP compliant or highly regulated environment.
